Enterprise Risk Management
I developed a 15 minute eLearning course on enterprise risk management. In effort to make the training more engaging, I utilized a space-themed storyline to drive the content. The excerpt linked on the left is a segment where the learner had to determine whether the scenario was a traditional risk or an enterprise risk. The learners "shot at" the asteroid to make their choice, giving a gamified experience. In addition, the segment continues with some basic enterprise risk management vocabulary to help the crew fix the hyperdrive on the ship that was destroyed in the asteroid field.

Making Change
This is an excerpt from a course developed for individuals wanting to increase their skills on the cash register. In addition to making change, the course also provided a background how to skip count coins and counting on. This segment was the culmination of the course where the learner needed to use all skills to provide the correct amount of change to the customer. Initially, the learner is walked through what to do and then they are able to work independently. Lastly, the learner takes a short quiz to test their knowledge.
